By installing and using the FIFA Wallet application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service agreement. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Wallet Operations

FIFA Wallet provides a decentralized multi-party computation wallet interface. You are solely responsible for protecting your local key Share A (stored on your mobile device) and securing your backup access methods. FIFA Wallet cannot access or seize your funds unilaterally.

2. Ticket purchases & NFT Transfers

NFT tickets purchased through our platform are securely registered on-chain. Any subsequent trade, transfer, or secondary sale must comply with local stadium regulations and ticket transfer caps mandated by FIFA ticket policies.

3. Limitation of Liability

We provide services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for network latency issues, node synchronizer errors, or loss of device backing credentials that lead to transaction disruption.
